Man, 22, pleads guilty to break-ins, sex assaults

OTTAWA-A 22-year-old Ottawa man pleaded guilty Thursday to a string of break-ins and sexual assaults in Lowertown and Sandy Hill after originally telling police he couldn’t recall any of the incidents because he was too drunk at the time.
